Blackwater Warning - Graphic unedited video
This video was recorded on May 2nd 2007 immediately after a 107mm rocket attack in Baghdad, Iraq. This blackwater contractor was seriously injured as were others when one rocket landed less than 20 yards away from a group during a training mission. The video catches the immediate aftermath and urgent transport to the CSH (Combat Support Hospital) This incident is extensively detailed in the non-fiction book "Hardened Hearts" written by Dan Misiaszek in December 2009 which covers the trials and tribulations of 30 years in public service as a police officer, fire fighter, paramedic, soldier, contractor, and recovery diver. The marine seen in the background adminstering first aid was later given an award for his actions in combat and continued heroism under fire.
