This was a public information film in Northern Ireland encouraging people to call the Confidential Telephone Number. The CTN was for people to report crime (mainly terrorist crime) anonymously without fear of revenge from terrorist groups like the IRA & UVF. It was one of a several adverts trying to deal with terrorist activity in Northern Ireland.
