  • This is an epic loss of freedom, that needs correcting.

We did not have to give up freedoms, in order to fix healthcare.

We can fix healthcare, without this monstronsity.

    We have to.

  • "It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices."

I agree with this quote 100%. People knew about his plan for Obamacare when they voted for him. People were dumb enough to fall for his "change" rhetoric and now, democracy being democracy, the whole country has to deal with his lies and systematic dismantling of freedom in the USA.

I just feel sorry for all the people who didn't vote for him who have to put up with the wors More..

    • @jum_runky He lied how? By implementing something he said he was gonna implement when he was running? All this stupid, in one post by someone with socialized medicine.

    • @jum_runky -I think this is part of the change he was talking about........and honestly, if you still think ANY politician is not self-righteous and egotistical I have some bad news for you..........
      Santa isn't real.

I didn't say he lied about Obamacare... Try actually reading my post, namely where I wrote
'People knew about his plan for Obamacare when they voted for him.

Where did I say he lied about Obamacare? Where are you getting this? The post is about part of Obamacare passing. Clearly I know he didn't lie about it.

Try working on your reading comprehension before calling people stupid. It doesn't seem to be a strong point for you. But I expect that from an Obama fanboy.

  • Repeal! Let the majority of the people have their say!

    • @LMAOatLibs This is not a democracy, this is a republic.

    • @Tongueboy "...this is a republic."

Exactly. Let's get a majority to elect representatives in having their say. And let's have those representatives represent their say by repealing Obamacare that was done behind closed doors, failed to pass on Christmas eve in it's first iteration, whose complexity and scope out reached what any congressional member was able to read. That kind of a republic. :-)

    • @Yukon6400 And maybe elect some people that can actually do their job and read the bills before them instead of just saying "but it's too hard........"

  • lol. Climategate? Occupy Wallstreet? ACORN prostitution scandal? Tell me again about that one. Ohh yes, a Right winger pretended to be a pimp and asked for advice from a community help center. GJ there, you got them closed down, so no more community centers to help people. TARP was started under Bush. I also stubbed my toe this morning you forgot to blame Obama for that one too.

Also even if Romney gets elected, which is looking less and less like it will happen, I would be $100 that he wouldn' More..

    • @Flash_Back Bullshit. That was for one single state, not the entire nation. State's rights, like it ought to be. The federal government's overreach is unfathomable.

True but he made it a state issue and not a federal issue. Healthcare should be up to the states to choose to provide or not.

    • @yorba The confederacy lost the war. States rights is OVER for you, now pony up and pay your taxes.

    • @Anti-Liberal They have mutually exclusive and concurrent powers, idiot. And it's by design intent, idiot.

And Carney just announced and lied again that this is not a tax. Liberals like jacking off into their own mouths, I swear.

All power that the fed doesn't have, the states have.

I'm sure that is a mind-blowing idea for a liberal like you.

  • Well the more and more I read the comments on this site, the more I notice this site is very "RIGHT" sided, which is fine. However, the media, politicians, religion, fear, and MCcarthyism divide this country deeper into a blind hate.. furthering the agenda of two "opposite" parties who reinforce slander, lies to strengthen their permanent foot hold into the USA regardless of their policies, ignoring other political parties as jokes.

  • Just think, the IRS is in charge of this shit. So when your employer drops your coverage, you have to have Obamacare. Now if you don't wish to have this care, the IRS will fine you. And if you refuse to pay, it's the cooler for you Hogan. I can't wait for the uniformed IRS agents to start rounding up all the people, this oughta be good.

Keep your powder dry... "the scoops are comming"

No you don't have to have "Obamacare" unless you go witht he public option who may be a private organization anyway. You will have the freedom to choose what you like. Employer's health insurance will be the same, you do know they count that as part of your income right? If they drop it, tell them to fuck off and find another job like people have all their lives. But if you're lazy or suck and they drop you, then hey not everyone else's problem.

And refuse to pay? Kaiser More..

My comment didn't warrent such an elicite response, but what i was trying to say is how good of a job is the IRS doing right now? Just think when they are in charge of even more gubment shit.

  • something definitely needs to be done with the health care system... its just that obamacare is a pile of crap. like anything our politicians touch.. it has turned into a bloated bureaucratic nightmare. why not fix the small pieces that are broken. start with removing cross state insurance issues.. then work on tort reform... etc.

    Posted Jun-29-2012 By

    • @napolean420 Tort reform is a joke. It's been passed in Texas and the rates are STILL climbing through the roof. The only ones that aren't saving money are the people paying the premiums. I agree with you on the cross state issue though.
