  • Seems like a setup to me!! Call the cops about guns being sold and then hang a bunch up so they can been seen and film what happens.

    As for knowing your rights, you have the right to unreasonable search and seizure but there was nothing unreasonable about that. A cop does have the right to enter private property if he sees what he thinks is a crime. Otherwise a husband could beat his wife up and tell the cops to stay off his property.

  • So can the cops claim/sue for discrimination based on occupation? The sale is open to everyone, but is discriminatory to cops? Bob from up the street can go buy a gun, but a cop can't come check them out? Sounds like discrimination to me! Especially since they are displayed in a public area for public viewing!

  • Drama queens, if they're selling airsoft guns all they have to do is tell the cops that , let them look .the end, after all it is a garage sale open to the public. They deal with stupid peeps all the time , how are they supposed to know those are not real guns? wouldnt be surprised if they called the cops themselves to complain about the guns.
