YOU CAN CLOSE YOUR EYES", the 3rd and final encore from the awesome June 27/2012 performance of James' first of two sold out shows at Montreal's Place Des Arts/Salle Wilfred Pelletier concert hall.
After the full band (11 supporting musicians and singers), "encore" performances of "That's Why I'm Here" and "The Twist", James summons his incredible back up singers, including his wife, Caroline (Kim) Taylor (she's the beautiful blond to James' left) to perform one more song.

Nice song, originally released 41 yrs ago. My first concert outing with my new Canon HD superzoom camera. Shooting was limited due to strict security.
James performed this song at the 2011, 10th Anniversary Memorial for 9-11 in NYC. The lyrics are quite poignant...
His backup band and singers are all major session people. Huge talents.
A bit of trivia... guess which one was in the original Blues Brothers movie...

I knew the set list, and was gonna shoot Carolina and Country Road, but the security guard 10 feet away screwed up that plan!! He was there until the encore.
