Philadelphia's Fletcher St. Urban Black Cowboys

The Fletcher St. riders have been saddling up in Philly for the last 100 years. It's definitely a strange thing to see horse in the city. I see "Black Cowboys" once in a while here in Oakland.... but nothing on the Philly level.
