  • AARP is distancing itself from Obama's claims of ObamaCare endorsement.

I wonder if losing membership by the millions has anything to do with this.

    • @Amusing

Someone bought me a membership when I turned 50. I've renewed it a couple of times (only for the pubs), but the bold-faced lobbying for money at the expense of seniors this past year has convinced me to let by membership lapse.

  • Most seniors are rational people, and don't want to saddle their children and grand children with their medical bills.

I like that Romney labeled the spending as immoral last night.

Fucking other peoples finances up in order to get a handout is not fair it is theft.

  • "While we respect the rights of each campaign to make its case to voters, AARP has never consented to the use of its name by any candidate or political campaign. AARP is a nonpartisan organization and we do not endorse political candidates nor coordinate with any candidate or political party,"
    -AARP

If you don't coordinate with any candidate or political party, then I'm even more curious to know what the 72 pages of e-mails were about.
