  • Cenk is a little wrong in his half-throated defense of Obama against Romney, but his general point is correct. There is very little disagreement between Romney and Obama, probably more so than even Cenk admits. Voting for either of them is basically making the same vote. Paul, on the other hand, is genuinely different from those two on a host of policy issues.

Hate Paul if you choose, but for all the rhetoric that comes out of the mouths of other politicians, he's the only one who actually t More..

After all of the bluster and rhetoric of the last four years... they now stand poised to nominate a candidate who is only slightly to the right of the dreaded "socialist", Obama. The revolution has fizzled into a pathetic compromise in the hopes of simply securing More..

  • I am 44 years old. When I was a kid in school we were taught that the press had a responsibility to be unbiased and exercise objective journalism. We were taught that this meant the press (i.e. "the media") held to certain principles of ETHICS, HONESTY, TRUTHFULNESS, INTEGRITY, MORALITY, and would ALWAYS seek to present the facts of any given situation as they were WITHOUT having an agenda of their own to further and thereby influence public opinion. They were the champions of TRUTH.
