    After the guy throws whatever it was he was trying to return, the shop keeper tries to grab the guy's keys....THAT is what prompted the punch.

    So uh...what were you doing trying to grab the man's keys guy?

    From all the info you posted on your youtube video you sound guilty of refusing to honor your shop's return policy.

    Dude might be in the wrong for throwing a tantrum but you're just as much at fault if you didn't want to accept a return your policy says More..
