Czeslaw M's office in the town hall is currently being searched and documents found there are being secured. The president will testify later today.

Yesterday Czeslaw M. announced that he would be taking two days off, assuring at the same time that he is innocent and the evidence against him, recordings on which he makes indecent proposals to his employees, are not genuine.

The investigation concerning the sex scandal in Olsztyn's town hall is run by the District Prosecutor's Office in Bialystok, north-eastern Poland, and was handed over to it by the one in Olsztyn to avoid accusations of partiality.

  • Sounds like he's spent too much time hanging out with Teddy Kennedy.

    • I was just thinking the same, sounds like part of the Kennedy Family.

He could always move to the US and have a long, healthy career as a Democrat in the US senate.

    • Do you think he's a 'good' catholic mother, judging by his behaviour?

    • Ne sutor ultra crepidam, if you are so unworldly as to not know how a decent human being of any religious persuasion should behave. If, as I suspect, you are simply trying to bash the Catholic faith you little scamp, then carry on. You're not very good at it though...

  • You're mistaking something else entirely for conceitedness elza and I haven't subscribed to any poster to my knowledge. You point to Martel to say what? He did it first? Give me a headsup when you make a decent post and I'll contribute positively, until then I'm done with reading your stuff...

  • Not like you to be so sloppy Las. The rape charges were plea bargained down to sexual assault with a guarantee of no jail time, a much tastier tidbit than just the rape charges, although he has since said he don't wanna do that and was facing a fresh indictment with rape charges back on the cards last I'd read...

    • i did not think the president of israel, or a president of any other country for that matter, would ever be convicted

he could have raped thirty women and it wouldn't have made any difference. that's what having power is all about

my suspicion is that a lot of women don't come forward like that as part of a massive conspiracy

    • I'd be interested to know who pushed for this, and why. It's unlikely to be just the attorney general doing it off his own back and if the victim kept silent because of his lofty position at the time, when he was a mere minister, why did she come forward when he was even higher up the food chain?
