vIDEO Footage shows a 23-year-old woman changing several outfits in a cctv camera installed inside a ladies changing room.

It's illegal to install CCTV cameras in changing rooms and bathrooms/washrooms, but in Mexico shopplifting is endemic and 90% of the culprits are adult young females.
