No he's not hit. He falls from sheer shock and panic of being shot at. Bullet does hit about 1m away and he drops because his legs drop out from fear. He's able to roll away fine and if he was shot in the leg he would only be able to drag himself away. The guy missed, plain and simple but nice video though.
