Agreed, M. Vyers. Lots of timing mistakes in there. Messed up legato and plain bad notes. He seems more concerned with his amateur dramatics than playing the guitar. The whole performance seems to fast.
On the other hand, (link below) this performance of the same piece (Paganini Caprice No.24.) is a lot better - all the more so because of the age of the performer. So much more controlled.
