The pilot took his time circling at a steep angle, so he could look down through the side of the cockpit to visually ID his target(No laser designators here). He knew what he was aiming at.

It's one of the ODAB Fuel-Air bombs. One of ODAB-500, ODAB-750, or ODAB-1100
The numbers refer to the weight in kilograms but the explosive power is considerably larger than the equivalent weight of TNT
