10 Most Successful Potheads

I am sure that this one will get a lot of attention just do to the title, BUT the reason I posted this is as an argument against the anti cannabis crowd that makes prejudicial statements such as "All cannabis users are losers and low-lifes."

Where these stereotypes originated remains a mystery to us. In reality, they couldn't be further from the truth. Not only have 42% of Americans admitted More..

I would have to disagree with the statement "a total failure for California". I know everyone is entitled to their opinion and I don't live in California, but I have followed him since he came over here barely able to speak English and ANYONE who can come here and accomplish what he has is to be applauded in my book.

Well aside from Arnold, we agree on the real issue here.
Just watched watched the a Rick Steves interview on YouTube. Interesting he doesn't engage in the medical aspect. Rather he goes right for the throat on it being a civil liberties issue.

  • Nice, I have no problem with drug use, I think everyone should be free to decide what they want to do. The fact that I dont take heroin has absolutely nothing to do with it being illegal, its because I dont fancy doing it. The legal implications mean nothing at all to me, its because I CHOOSE not to, and thats what it is, a choice. One of my elder bro's is a heroin addict, sickens me to see him waste his life but its his choice, the fact that its illegal never stopped him, maybe education and pharmaceutical quality drugs, clean needles etc would make a bigger difference than locking people away and ruining their lives.

Pure heroin actually does little harm to the human body, you could be addicted and live to a ripe age, its all the crap that gets cut into it that ****s you up.

  • I live in canada our policies are more laxed towards marijuana. I don't use marijuana any more I used to, I'm up for the legalization for it and especially more so towards the hemp production. That being said with all the money that the drug companies and oil companies that line the pockets of policy makers how is it ever going to change this issue when policy makers start lining their pockets with the drug cartels of the world. It wouldn't look good on them and if caught it's career suicide. What in your opinion will have to take place to 'flip the script' and make it socially justicafied to make a deal with drug cartels who can pay just as much money as the oil and drug companies?

  • One of my friends smokes weed, i have seen him change from being a funny, outgoing and intelligent person to becoming more introverted, paranoid and less intelligible. I think Cannabis should be de-criminalised and regulated by the government but at the same time, I think people should realise that, it can seriously damage your lungs with long term use similiar to tabacco smoke and it can exaserbate pre existing conditions such as schizophrenia. I think alot of people smoke weed for the cool factor, "yeh man i smoke weed i am so anti establishment", these people are known as arseholes.

  • thanks.

i don't usually debate this war with successful pothead stories, but i know they are a lot more prevalent than the ignorant know. A LOT MORE.

    it's a war. i won't incriminate others just to win a debate.

Kudos to those who are open about it.

i would totally bot box the cockpit... u have a skewed idea as to the effects.... seriously... in fact, i smoke as much pot as anyone i know and i plan on getting my pilot license next year. so maybe that hot box in the sky is in the cards! might need to buy someone's urine, can i have yours?

i smoke while driving down that road... whats the difference... a lot safer 20,000 feet in the air.
