Not only is there the usual risk (disease, etc.) but in this case the videotapes add new dimension.
And, as it becomes a public case it affects wives, children, families.
It's not a minor crime in my opinion.
Remove the videotapes from the equation and I might partially agree with you. As it is, it's a matter that truly requires application of the law.
