This was recorded recently in Katav-Ivanovsk. A drunken prick driver who tried to escape the cops got arrested.
He had the nerve to complain later that he was recorded without his consent, whatnot .... he must've been watching too much of American TV programmes via satellite and thought he had rights or something, hehee.
