Crazy Russian Scientist at Work: a land, sea & air vehicle called the "Evolution" designed by Alexander Begak in Pyatigorsk, Russia.
Based on a paraglider, the aircraft gets off the ground, I am just unsure if it will stay aloft for very long and have any real commercial success. Watch what happens near the end of this video.

Saw this same vehicle on the news or something. What a crook. This vehicle has been around for a while. It just has a flashy looking shell around it and bammn.
The older ones I remember seeing 20 years ago were a basic frame only.
Nothing new here sorry.
