He's got a point that politicians CONSTANTLY say we're at war. So we should really stop taking for granted that when they introduce legislation that's intended for "wartime" or "emergency" or "wartime emergency" that they aren't talking about right now and from right now until eternity.

WHEN the gov shuts off the net, about 10,000 people will just quit it. The rest are internet whores, depending on dubious gov for their needs.
