It is fake for sure. The definate proof is the voice of the burried man which was added later. His lips hardly move, but the voice is very clear and loud. It should be an unintelligable mumble for the amount of movement in the lips. And the rubble falls on his face, but the tone and clarity of his voice remain totally constant with no response to what is actually happening. This is very amateurish.

Looks real to me, and nothing I have seen or heard when this video was originally posted leads me to doubt its authenticity. Dirt filled in by shovel is not necessarily as tightly packed as dirt from a cave-in for example, so he could have been able to move his diaphragm just enough to breath and cry out. Eventually he would certainly have suffocated.
Of course it could be faked. The FSA and the regime loyalists will fake videos. But simply saying it is fake does not make it so.
