Nov 17, 2006 - Two El Monte, California police officers tasered a man Thursday night and it was caught on video. On the tape, the officers are seen with their tasers drawn approaching the man who was standing beside a building. They fire and the man collapses and rolls on his back. It appears the officers taser the man second time to get him to roll over. Police have not yet commented on the incident. This comes on the heals of another taser incident in southern California Wednesday. In that incident, police tasered a student inside a computer lab on the campus of UCLA.
