Um...La Raza and Mexicans in general are two different things, and surely you're informed enough to know that. Second, La Raza is an explicitly racist organization, as is evidenced by its name.

If you have the time, could you provide evidence that 'La Raza' is an explicitly racist organization? 'Explicit' would be like the KKK? Is their agenda explicit? Is that the case? It seems that they just want to help people. From what I understand the NCLR is a civil rights organization. I could understand if your reasoning would apply to something like the NAACP as well.

Let's see who to support. On one side you have a man that has honorably served as a law enforcement officer for some 40 years with distinction.
On the other side you have a bunch of third world criminals that are here illegally, and have no voice in this country. Further, by their very presence, they prove that they will break laws to suit their own purpose.

The fact is that Arpaio's common sense methodology and enforce-the-law philosophy has been vindicated, and he will be re-elected every year that he chooses to take it. Not only that, sheriff's around the country will be winning elections following the Arpaio model. Even if Obama stops Arizona from enforcing the law, locals will elect pro-gun sheriffs who will support organized militia. AZ has no regulation on gun carrying anymore.
