  • He's entitled to his opinion, nothing wrong with that, though I disagree with him. Obama has done the same flip floping he accused Romney of, Obama is not that much different from Romney.

    Salute!

    • @conservative hispanic The old fella has a certain style about him forma different era.
That said, he is right about one thing. Anything Mitt has promised to the voters is a complete coin toss up.
Only mitt and the crickets in the walls of his house know what he really thinks and represents but I wouldn't go off one thing he has promised.

  • Well at his age, his past prefessions, this man has earned his right to voice his opinion as to who whe beleives to be the better candidate. Right or wrong, he has earned the right to do so

    • @Koranimal
how so ? so all those that have been ... say Dr or nurses or even firefighters and perhaps a police officer or even a guy that has served all his life in the Navy don't have the same right to voice their opinion ... interesting concept but I'm thinking they have the same right

    • @nzkiwi I am not saying only Army vets opinions count. I could care less if he shoveled horse shit all his life. All should be included in their opinions and process of voting in a President, legal citizens of course, yet do to the political climate in this upcomming election, due to what this man has obviously contributed, and many more like him his age, he is entitled rather than be bashed for his support or opinion. Almost like a respect ones elders concept, may not like what they say or how More..

    • @Kmanbay thanks for that, with all honesty I do not agree completely for his reasons for choosing one candidate over the other. It was clean and somewhat classy in how he shared his view rather than ranting. Like I responded to another reply, in my view, respect given to ones elders, he has lived a long life, seen and experienced a bit, and sure he has contributed to this country rather than have been a liability. Yet again I could be wrong about this

  • Respect for serving this country. He's entitled to his opinion, but, you fought against oppression and swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution and now your throwing all of that out the window....

....I thought wisdom came with age...guess not.

  • I can't wait to see how the attackers try to belittle and marginalize this man for his opinions.

  • Somebody needs to help this poor old man back into his jammies and back to bed.
Shame on whoever it was decided to exploit this senile old vet.

  • Now do you see why the fuck I left MN as soon as I graduated HS? 100+ years ago, just before this guy was born MN was THE place to be if you wanted to make it big. He and the Debs communists have destroyed this once great state.

    • @thoth1

So was the 97-year-old I once knew who was a committed admirer of Hitler, a full-on believer in eugenics, and a founding member of the Aryan Nations Church. Sharp as a tack, he was, and amazing to converse with. He had seen so much change. But given his politics and beliefs, it's impossible for me not to be glad, in some ways, that he's gone. What he believed and represented simply must die off.

I submit the same is true of the poor old fool portrayed here, who clearly has More..
