John Prescott has confessed to suffering from an eating disorder while in government. The former Deputy Prime Minister is blaming the stress of office for his bulimia. He says embarrassment prevented him from revealing his condition.

  • Although I am surprised that he suffered from it, I remain hopeful his revelation will bring more recognition of eating disorders. Thousands of sufferers are refused treatment each year, due to lack of funding.

    Takes a lot of balls for a man, let alone any person to admit to having an eating disorder
