The most swords swallowed simultaneously is 22 and was achieved by Kishan Valaiah Ayula (India) on the set of Guinness World Records - Ab India Todega in Mumbai, India, on 13 February 2011.
Kishan also holds the record for "most swallowed swords whilst juggling three objects"
Guinness World Records Adjudicator Kris Teufel tested that the swords were sharp before the attempt by slicing through cucumbers on the show.
