Why does anyone think they need missile bases on top of civilian residences? How is there any danger for the Olympics? Are they concerned about any certain group? Who might that be?

I'm sure those videos of ground to air missiles being modified for ground to ground use are a total coincidence. Nothing to worry about. Can't see how spreading high explosives all over in a place where someone might want to set off some high explosives could ever be any kind of a problem.
