You wanted some background info on this video so heres some:

both logos (black flag and that golden mosque are known in ISI/AQI productions. so this one is authentic, i believe.
but of course you are right: when ISIs terror against their own sunni insurgents more or less led to them being wiped out in most of their former strongholds, the became desparate faking vids by stealing from other groups and recycling old stuff pretending they were new attacks.

In this video at 03:34 is mentioned Al Anbar Province and in that AO (area of operations) were deployed US Marines...very hot area with high US Marines casualty and heavy urban warefare...majority of losses among US servicemen occurred in this Al Anbar Province.
