Someone asked in the electric superbike post if the tech could be applied to dirt bikes. Well, yes. Zero Motorcycles make the Zero MX. They claim it puts out around 50 ft-lb of torque, which is more than a typical 250cc two-stroke.

It would be a bitch refueling though. I think a spare battery costs nearly $3k. You could probably charge one while using the other at the track. But with what? A petrol powered generator? Lol.
