A Greek cruise ship sank hours after nearly 1,600 passengers were rescued.

The Sea Diamond perished 15 hours after hitting rocks off the island Santorini.

Authorities said two French passengers - a 45-year-old man and his 16-year-old daughter - had still not been accounted for.

They are now re-checking passenger lists.
