Mayor Nagin awards city contracts to convicted felons
Mayor Nagin sees no problem in awarding city contracts to felons convicted of stealing from the taxpayer.
“.......I don’t really see a problem with that. I would say, hopefully, they’ve learned their lesson and we’re smart enough to not let them steal again.”
