  • A judge actually participated in covering up that crime for 8 years, by sealing the tape.

That judge should be in prison. He's fit only to wallow in the excrement of the mere robbers and wife beaters.

  • Having briefly majored in journalism (before the profession became a sad version of stenography), watching "news" reports like this makes me crazy. What a painfully pitiful excuse for journalism. What is the Judge Rotenburg Center? Is it a school? A dance academy? Why was he there? Why wasn't he at his own trial? Where is he now?

Of course torturing kids is bad, but I honestly wouldn't mind seeing most of todays "journalists" taking 31 zaps from a jigawatt helmet.

    • @trailertrashrnr - Exactly. For today's "journalists" the 5 W's are apparently; 1. Who is signing my paycheck? 2. Will this increase the ratings? 3. Who should I be afraid of offending? 4. Where will my next job be if I actually speak the truth? 5. When do I somehow figure out how to make the story about me?

  • If it's not legal to do this to prisoners, how is this... ?

Trying to imagine if this were my mom, best friend, dad, cat, or dog being shocked and I was forced to watch. I know... I just know I would go after the torturers with extreme prejudice. Do this to a former girlfriend, however, and I would make popcorn and watch, but that's another issue I have to deal with.

Anyway, this is also great material to add to the Stanford Prison Experiment

  • Damn fuck that I hope the mom wins the case. I would never subscribe my child to that kinda torture. Putting a beat down on your own aggressive kid to me works better then having other people they don't know fuck them up.

    • @AcidRAin Agreed. Unfortunately, its damn near illegal to discipline your own children now. Another glorious gift given to us by liberalism.

I agree. I was thinking about my kid when I was watching.

My initial thoughts of revenge were letting them live but sending each of them a video of a family member being killed because of what they did.

  • Soooooo wrong in so many levels.. Electro-shock therapy is banned from the books of psychology-psychiatrist-psychotherapy!

Banned by the torture nature of the electro-shock! And no good treatment/response of the patient.

He just happens to live in a country where the government itself detains, tortures and kills innocents on a daily basis.
