Scientific Miracles in the Quran

According to the quran, which came first, the heaven or the earth? I've raised this question to many muslims who claim the quran is the perfect word of allah, even a few here at LiveLeak. None have given a response.

"He it is Who hath created for you all that is on earth. Then He turned to the heaven, and made them into seven heavens." -- Sura 2:29
