Does it taste like weed or beer or mormon hate? The fuckers made the mistake last night of saying, as they exited thier apartment "Let's end the night with a bang", what should I think? Who gives afuk what I think...wait, they do now!! I just told them don't announce your semi threatening(because you belong to a cult) rhetoric in my ear shot! Brains are wonderful. If you have never had them, I can best describe them as being naturally "peppery". Not hot, more like black pepper. Best scrambled, as you would loose sausage, and then wisked into scrambled eggs. Unfortunatly, most will never have this culinary experiance. I ate monkey brains in Costa Rico. They had a special table made just to harvest the brains, where-in the monkey's head came through a hole in the table and it's living brain was harvested. Bizzare and somewhat More..

I have never, since 1968 ever seen that little table you describe. I have been in Asia for years. Spent 4 tours in Nam, Lived in Thailand and traveled everywhere in the area for nearly 4 years after retiring. I have never seen this table and I have been in some really strange places.

Man, Ive eaten them fresh from the barely dead skull. They are not that good. But when you are with natives and a guest, you have to "choke it down". I have had them raw, and chilled, but never cooked.
To be truthful I never like any kinds of brains and still dont to this day.
