  • Coalition casualties in Afghanistan are down for the second straight year.

    At this time last year the coalition had lost about 100 more than they have lost so far this year.

    And last year casualties were down from the year before.

  • This attack is not with cool mind. The British are angry and embarrassed too due to the Taliban attack on the base. This type of hot haste attack can result more casualty for the British.     How the UK troops are taking the fight to the insurgents if they are receiving attacks while they are inside the bases??

    taking the fight to someone is going on their location and attack. The UK are on the defense, they are not attacking noone now. They dont have a plan.

      This is a fact.

      The UK soldiers are inside a base without a plan. The text is wrong, they are not taking the fight to the insurgents.

      Are the UK troops searching the insurgents camps, routes, supporters, IED teams, etc ??

      Only a few do this but near the bases ! This war is over ! They dont know how fight.
