I think he said, "ClimaCtic" (Exciting or thrilling), when he meant climatic, meaning (of or relating to climate-weather).
McCarver brings a lot of color to the game. He's an icon. He teaches a lot about baseball to those who have no knowledge of baseball. And he's funny! LOL
