Where do wee hook up the towline on the Renault? Oh, the bumper looks like a fine attachment point! Nice going there, NOT!
On the Kraz they attached it in the frame but the attachment point failed from the frame, no biggie.
What the hell are they trying to get up from the water when 3 trucks fail to get it up? I start to suspect that the flatbed is moored to the seabed.

It was attached to that small hook that is built to support the weight of the truck.
Not the weight of some massive 5000 pound trailer with another 10000 pound fuckin boat that is soaked in water.
No wonder why that attachment point gave out.
Although if I manufactured that truck, i'd put a shear point so that the hook would give out before the whole fuckin cabin is pulled off.
