A man with his hands tied behind his back suddenly enters the screen, and appears to have been pushed ahead. He loses his balance and falls, but his arms do not go out in reflex, indeed his left elbow can be seen poking out. Then he lands flat on his head, with his arms very clearly behind his back. The part of the video where the executed man falls is replayed in slow motion at the end of the clip.

This was clearly an execution of a prisoner. He was disposed of to make this look like someone crossing the road, but it is a ridiculous fake. The video was posted with the explanation that this man is a "shabiha" killed by a sniper who was more concerned about his prayers than anything else. The original title of the video was عملية قنص لاحد شبيحة الاسد- سرية الفدائيين - دوما "Sniping one of the shabiha of Al-Assad- Brigade of Al-Fidaeen- Douma"

Other points to notice about this video, apart from the man being tied, are:

1) The voice of the cameraman is very calm and he is laughing

2) He is pointing his camera with very little shaking to the precise area where the executed man will appear, and even after the execution hardly varies the frame of view

3) He is obviously waiting for the man to be executed to appear, and for propaganda and for the sake of the false call to a fake jihad he is talking about the necessity of praying.
