Stephen Duckett On ER Waits And Budget Cuts To Alberta Health Services
Alberta's health boss doubts freeing up seniors beds will reduce emergency room wait times for other patients. Stephen Duckett met with the Calgary Herald's editorial board Thursday. Duckett says the ER problem is bigger than merely shifting 60 beds. He also described a showdown with his political bosses
over a Billion dollar cut to Alberta Health Services budget.
