Bush in Middle East: Who is isolating whom?

Bush's visit to the Middle East has been, so far, to rally another 'coalition of willing' and 'friends' to confront Iran's suspect program. With Bush's discrediting the NIE and holding the attitude bombed if you do bombed if you don't with Iran. Are we to see Bush just go ahead and strike Iran without consent? He can!
