And please list all of Obama's genius tactical moves on the economy, when they were implemented and what sort of improvement he's responsible for. Americans run their own lives and their own businesses and government, either Democrat or Republican, have far less to do with it than people believe.     Democrats have not put forth a budget since January 2009. Republicans have put forth several proposals, such as the Ryan plan, but Democrats won't approve them and have made no proposals, additions or amendments.
