CCTV,March 30/09:ST. PETERSBURG,Three burglars who plunged their minivan into a St. Petersburg storefront early Monday and made off with more than $1,000 in clothes were caught on tape in a video released by police this morning.

The surveillance video begins with a purple Chrysler smashing into the front window of His & Hers Hip Hop Clothing at 2325 34th St. S about 3:45 a.m. The three suspects hop out of the minivan -- stolen earlier that morning, police said -- and begin to swipe at clothing racks near the door.

That is, until the van lurches further into the store. A burglar sprints to the driver's seat and puts the van in park.

After less than a minute, the van begins its reversal. But the driver, in a rush, fails to allow one of the passengers back in, instead dragging him over a mess of broken glass and a toppled mannequin.

The three men are still wanted by police. The driver was last seen wearing a tan hat and purple jacket. One passenger wore a navy blue hoodie. Another wore baggy black shorts and a black jacket.
