You can already hear the bystander lying saying "Looked like his hands were behind his back to me". While the video clearly shows the guy with his left arm tucked under his body and resisting. I wonder what they found on him after the video was cut off/edited.

He was asked to put his hands behind his back, yet he kept his left arm under himself, thus not complying. How would the cops know if he had a weapon at that point? At 14 seconds, he then finally puts his hand behind his back and the scuffle stops so why is everyone so confused here??? If you comply and follow directions, you don't have problems, it's that simple.
