Watch Democratic Congressman tell crowd he has not heard about Black Panther case

During a town hall meeting in Reseda, California, Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) was asked about the Obama administration’s decision to drop a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers.

Sherman not only told the crowd that he was “unaware” of the case, but that he was “extremely sure” that the DOJ under Attorney General Eric Holder has not put in place a policy which would dismiss such charges, and blamed it all on “internet” rumors.

Many of those attending the meeting erupted in angry shouts at Sherman’s claim of blissful ignorance.

Perhaps, Sherman only watches mainstream news which has refused to cover the story.
