Sharonville Landlady Allegedly Steals From Tenants

This woman said she was willing to go on record on video with her complaint.

If I recall correctly, I brought up the alleged thefts, and the window peeping to City Council, the police chief (at the time) and Lieut. Cook? They change the subject, and didn't seem to care about the alleged crimes. In my opinion, City Council and the Police Department is on record being derelict of their duty and indicating that they don't care about public safety, crime, or justice.

Crime is vastly underreported. I feel it is in part because corrupt and derelict police officers and other government officials often don't document crimes or investigate crimes because they are lazy, and because they want to falsify statistics to make it appear that crime is lower than what it really is.

I feel that victims and witnesses are often afraid to report crime and or feel it is futile to report crime because it seems that typically that complaints are not taken seriously. Often victims and witnesses are faced with reprisals from the perpetrator of the initial crime, landlords, other tenants, the public and from police and other government officials.

When I tried to report some crimes, the police threatened to arrest me instead of the perpetrators. On several occasions when trying to report crimes not only did government officials frequently refuse to take a report, they often harassed and or threatened me. I've been threatened by landlord with eviction, for reporting crime. When I confronted my city Council with these issues, city Council refused to resolve the problems, instead it seems they have instructed police to harass and intimidate me. I feel that the police and city Council have violated my civil rights. From what I've seen this problem is not isolated to Sharonville or me; it seems to largely be the status quo in much of the nation/world.
