It is a peculiar video. The 'Free Syrian Army' is notorious for fake shock videos and lies, but it is presented here because it seems unique. The cameraman claims that they were able to find the roasted limbs and penises.

In any case, it is unknown to whom or what these body parts belonged to. There are some extreme terrorist elements in Syria which could be capable of these acts. The city of Douma has been under 'Free Syrian Army' control, which has been infiltrated by hardcore Al-Qaeda cells forcing a living hell upon the civilians.
