    • You wanna know why black folks seem to dominate sports in college??? They just want it more, because they tend to come from much poorer situations where and athletic scholarship is a way out. Suburban athletes from the rows of white kid farms have other alternatives besides not following thru with an athletic program, whereas an inner city black kid will probably remain stuck with dimmer alternative paths unless he really, really works to do his/her best on the field.

    Disorderly conduct and public intoxication are too vaguely defined and too liberally enforced to be constitutional.

    These illegal laws are a ticket to arbitrary and unreasonable detention and are a hideously dangerous threat to personal liberty and public safety.

    Law enforcement can never be trusted with arbitrary powers of detention.
