it's not that hard to break someone's arm when you raise their hands behind their shoulders like that
it takes very little pressure. especially if their body weight is leaning down on their rotator cuff already. all you do is lift their hand a little higher and it rips ligaments and eventually dislocates the shoulder. the police already know the pain they cause when they're pulling a person off the ground from a sitting position and lifting their hands behind their backs like that. that's a shoulder lock. they use wrist locks a lot too
saddam's regime, the israelis, the palestinians, the americans, they've all used that technique you guys have seen on TV where the prisoner is hung by their arms from a ceiling and beaten. the prisoners' arms slowly dislocate
i doubt the cop did that on purpose. he was probably just being brute, trying to be tough, and someone's arm simply snapped during the process
most of them would probably bean themselves in the head with nunchucks if they tried to use them properly. i imagine they would do what most men with nunhcucks end up doing and opt to swing them like bats and nightsticks, instead
i'm not pro-life but i respect pro-lifers and their right to protest
