Hell people, I'm not sure if this has been answered yet but they were from Sweden. The one is Red spent was sentenced to a pointless 1 Day in prison and the other spent 7 weeks in hospital. I don't know what they were high on but I think the reason the second one ran into the road was because they were twins.
