KKK prank picture lands troopers in trouble

SANDUSKY -- Three troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol faced disciplinary actions after a picture was taken with one of them wearing a Ku Klux Klan outfit.
Officials investigating say Trooper Craig Franklin and Sergeant Eric Wlodarsky then sent the picture to another trooper saying it was a joke based on a Dave Chapelle skit.
