So if a soldier requests an artillery on a field,he needs to plan 3 minutes ahead where will the enemy be,because these guys have more important things to do,like running like a girl to the cannon,etc etc...

It's a drill. Meaning: practice firing a big - hence dangerous - gun. Do you expect people to go at full speed as soon as the see the gun for the first time?
I guess U.S. marines see the M777 and go for the 5 rpm right away? Or do they have to learn the several manual operations asigned to each gunner ... via drill? Slowly at first... the faster?

Interesting to see them hold their body up to the machinery when firing the weapon. The recoil on the US version wouldnt allow that type of "sighting" while firing. Thinking about it Im not sure why they did that in the first place, it could be that this was obviously a training exercise with some pretty green recruits.
